Dave Helmuth

Worship Coach

As the visionary leader of Ad Lib Music, Dave’s passion is to develop leaders, coaching them to become masters at creating spaces in which people can meet with God. His unwavering purpose is to encourage the hearts and equip the hands of leaders so they can serve well, develop disciples, and bear much fruit! [John 15:8] He believes that the church must simply Follow Christ Together. [Follow: must involve movement forward; Christ: the all-consuming focus, not the latest idea, style, or trend; Together: we must do this in ways that bring us together, that show we love each other]

Dave has the uncommon ability to understand the spontaneous, emotional, creative musician as well as the structured, steady, conscientious pastors. As one who is both administrative [organizational, big-picture, detail-oriented] AND artistic [imaginative, unconventional, boxless], he knows how to speak the language of and be comfortable in culture of both pastors and artists.

Dave wants to encourage pastors to continue to build relationship with their worship leaders. He says he’s amazed at how many worship leaders he connects with who are burned out, just going through the motions, who have no sense of what God is doing among them, who are working from their heads, not their hearts, who have no real idea if they are even being successful, if they’re making a difference.

Dave works fulltime as a Worship Coach, partnering with God to transform churches and leaders, drawing on 21 years of worship leading experiences. He has worked with Mennonite, Presbyterian, Church of the Brethren, United Methodist, Assembly of God, Baptist, Church of God, Evangelical Congregational, and non-denominational Charismatic churches. He was born in Costa Rica [se habla español] and earned a degree in Music Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio during his 14 years in Texas. Dave, with his wife Heather and children Aspen, Clementine, Louis, and Juliana currently live in Lancaster, PA, and are members at Life Center Ministries International.

Daniel and Natalia are worshipers and servants in the Kingdom of the Father. They bring a heart posture of childlikeness to worship, encouraging God's people to be liberated to explore their own creative nature in worship to the Father. They want God's love, joy, and peace to be the fruit of their lives! Daniel and Natalia live in Harrisburg, PA and are members of Life Center Ministries International and work with a global grassroots worship movement called Burn 24-7. They lead teams all over the world calling God's people back to His heart of Love and freedom!

Daniel has spent the last 6 years of his life offering the praise of his heart to Jesus. He served as the worship leader of Pavilion Church in Texas from 2006-2010 and since, has led countless people through worship into a unique encounter with the Father. His childlike joy and freedom is contagious! Give him a guitar or even a tin can with a stick, and Daniel will make music that turns to worship that turns to experience!

Natalia brings an authentic sound of untainted adoration wherever she goes. Purity and humility are released through her raw worship. Natalia spent a year of her life building a house of worship and prayer in the largest Muslim nation in the world: Indonesia. She has also led worship for the last several years with various teams of gifted leaders. Her life carries a song and her song carries life!

Daniel and Natalia have been married for three years and walk in an ever-increasing love for each other and for the Lord. To them, it is and will always be the strongest foundation and the ultimate prize. Their heart is to engage God’s heart; and to knit the body together in one unified pursuit. They love to see God’s people liberated to explore their own creative nature!

Have them out at your next worship event!

George Yellak

Worship Band Trainer

Many years of teaching private lessons, playing on worship teams and in bands, sound engineering, serving on worship leadership teams as a volunteer have given George unique and highly valuable perspectives on the dynamics of worship ministry. George is really good at creating environments where artists feel safe to experiment musically. He leads very organic [natural, relational] learning experiences where everyone gets involved, feels valued and learns key principles of playing as a band. His sensitivities also extend to organizational leadership – knowing experientially how to move an organization forward while embracing each individual. George is an extremely versatile drummer and is also skilled on bass guitar, electric guitar, and piano. He earned a Music degree from the University of North Texas. George and his wife Darlene are raising their three children, Hannah, Ethan, and Aaron in New Holland, PA.

Dan Keeney

Technical Arts Trainer

Dan’s super-servant heart for “sound engineer volunteer teams trying to make it sound great every weekend” is matched by his mastery of the art and science of sound and his ability to clearly communicate these principles to lay people and “techies” alike. He is currently the Production Manager for Joyce Meyer, was previously on staff with Lancaster County Bible Church, and formerly, was the Manager of Technical Services for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. But most importantly, Dan has been a lifesaver for many small local churches. He has graciously shared his expertise, experience, and servant heart with both leadership and volunteers. Dan and his wife Leslie live in Lynchburg, VA with their two children Cameron and Colleen and formerly served at Lancaster County Bible Church.
