The Venti Program
Your Venti program is for those people who want to really grow their ministry and achieve real goals for the year. You may have some really solid ground work in place and you just know that working with your ministry coach would make real difference to your life and the fruitfulness of your ministry.
With the Venti program, your personal as well as your ministry goals are combined. Working on yourself is the key to implementing what you want in your ministry. So, we work plenty in the area of ministry as well as helping your key leadership to really excel.
Your Venti Program is:
- An in-depth, on-site, 2-4 hour diagnostic consultation. Assessing areas including: organizational systems, rehearsals, services, venues, team building, repertoire, and personal disciplines
- Specific goals based on the diagnostic consultation in a written, comprehensive actionable proposal
- A one-hour strategy implementation session with your ministry coach via the telephone each week for accountability, troubleshooting, and perspective
- Access to Ad Lib Music’s entire catalog of resources, chord charts, and templates
- Up to three evaluations per month video or audio cassette of any area via assessed in the diagnostic consultation
- Up to 2 master classes for your worship bands
- A 20% discount on additional services such as leadership for retreats and special events
- Unlimited access to your coach via email
The Grande Program
The Grande program has been designed to suit those ministries that really want to get ahead. Those most benefiting from this program are the ministry overseers who want to implement the strategies for improvement contained in their Initial Consultation Report but want less assistance. You want to do it yourself but you still realize the need to work with your ministry coach to really make the next year a fantastic one.
Your Grande program is:
- An in-depth, on-site, 2-4 hour diagnostic consultation. Assessing areas including: organizational systems, rehearsals, services, venues, team building, repertoire, and personal disciplines
- Specific goals based on the diagnostic consultation in a written, comprehensive actionable proposal
- A 30-minute strategy implementation session with your ministry coach via the telephone each week (or a one-hour session every other week) for accountability, troubleshooting, and perspective

The Tall Program
The Tall program is designed for those ministry overseers who want to get things started. It's really for those ministries which have either just started, don't have the infrastructure to take full advantage of the more in-depth programs, or just need a quick injection of enthusiasm each month. If this is just what you and your ministry is after, then this program could be for you.
