From one founder to another, I’ll help you see what you’re missing, get you unstuck with an issue you can’t seem to resolve, I’ll encourage your identity, and I’ll remind you time and time again that you’re not crazy for wanting to spend your life serving the church, loving leaders, and being rediculously fruitful for Jesus’ sake. I’ll be your biggest chearleader.

We meet on Zoom once a month, and I’m available by text or email in between. I founded Ad Lib Music in 2002 when nobody knew what a “worship coach” was. I’ve had it as my primary income since 2008. I’m not a genius, but I’ve adapted and survived, helping hundreds of churches and leaders, and I can help you. Invest $500 per month.
