We help you discern and articulate what specific kind of leader your church needs next. Then we do everything until we have matching candidates to show you. We help you interview and discern who to hire. You hire your new leader. The process can take from six to twelve months.

Guarantee

The most expensive hire is the one you repeat in 12 months.­ Because Christ is building His Church, we are confident that He will provide a suitable leader. We guarantee this! We also guarantee that the leader will remain at the church for at least 3 years if the church supports the leader with our first-year coaching (extra). Otherwise, the guarantee is 2 years.
