Ambassador Kristin Kondratowski

I am an experienced ministry leader, communicator, trainer, and administrative guru who is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus in ways that are honest, engaging, and deeply rooted in Scripture. With a background in volunteer discipleship and corporate management, I bring a unique perspective to the Ad Lib team. I’m not a vocational musician, but I’m a wife of an Ad Lib coach who has personally seen God work through this organization over the last 12 years in miraculous ways. 

Professionally, I have spent the last 25 years training, coaching, teaching, and managing staff in a variety of business settings. I have been asked to lead workshops, panels, coaching sessions, and conferences across the Tri-state area to equip ministries to do the work of the local church. I delight in creating effective systems and planning events that motivate God’s people. I am an observant leader who sees what may catapult or hinder the gospel and am able to pinpoint areas of potential growth. I have a passion for my community and the plan God has for the local Church in our world.

My husband and I are co-founders of Our Table Church in Strasburg, PA, and have undergone intensive training in discerning missional leadership, along with a 2-year apprenticeship for church planters. I’ve been known to bring energy, clarity, and compassion to everything I put my hand to, and I love watching God transform lives through grace and faith.
