Meet Mathew Leach
I've had the privilege of serving the local church in pastoral and executive leadership since 2001. As a Worship Pastor, ministry leader, and coach, my passion is helping pastors, worship leaders, church staff, and volunteers lead with biblical conviction, practical wisdom, and healthy ministry rhythms.
Throughout my ministry, I've led worship, coached staff, developed leaders, and helped churches strengthen their teams and ministries. I believe healthy churches are built by healthy leaders, and I desire to encourage leaders to serve with clarity, humility, and faithfulness.
Everything I do is grounded in God's Word, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and centered on following Jesus.
My Story
Although I grew up attending church as the son of an Army officer, my faith didn't become personal until the summer of 1996. While attending a youth camp, I came to understand my need for a Savior, repented of my sins, and placed my faith in Jesus Christ. My wonderful wife, Jennifer, and I got married in 2006. I have 5 children, 4 ducks, and 2 dogs. I live in the Orlando, Florida area and love baseball, food, and time with my family.
Over the years, one simple conviction has shaped both my life and ministry: healthy leaders grow through consistent faithfulness. Three daily priorities continue to guide me:
Spend time with Jesus through His Word.
Spend time in prayer.
Keep moving forward in faithful obedience.
My heart is to come alongside church leaders with encouragement, biblical perspective, and practical coaching so they can lead with confidence, shepherd people well, and build ministries that make a lasting impact for the Kingdom.
