We're transitioning into full-time mission work to strengthen the Church as we rebuild a retreat center.
What exactly would you be sowing into?
Here is the specific work we're giving our lives to:
Rebuilding and running a 25-acre goat farm that has been dedicated as a sanctuary to "building mighty men and women of God" since 1985
Providing life-changing short-term mission trips for teams from the USA
Planning and hosting adventure trips for families from the USA
Offering short-term housing and support for missionaries in transition
Building long-term relationships with the community of local missionaries
Hosting God-focused youth events for Costa Ricans and internationals
Leading retreats and restful breaks for missionary families
Leading regular worship and prayer gatherings
Training local worship teams
Leading the team of Ad Lib Coaches to continue church ministry in the USA

Here’s a little of our backstory.
When we moved to Costa Rica four years ago, we planned to be self-funded by the ministry work we’d continue to lead in the States through Ad Lib Music, the worship coaching organization we started in 2002. The income from Ad Lib's ministry has financially sustained us.
Initially, we intended to buy a property to facilitate the ministry here. When we found a place we thought we’d buy, that (and a subsequent) property fell through, but a handful of you have faithfully financially supported us since then.
Two years ago, we rehabbed and moved into a rental on a goat farm. Earlier this year, we officially started to volunteer in roles here as farm administrator (Dave), hospitality coordinator (Heather), and goat trail masters (Aspen and Clementine). And though Ad Lib's work continues in the States, Dave’s involvement with it has taken a back seat to make room for the work that we’re doing here.
We believe this ministry is a good investment in the Kingdom of God.
