I love seeing worship leaders come alive in who God’s made them to be. Whether I’m coaching a team, leading worship, or walking with a leader through a tough season, I’m most energized when the lightbulb comes on and someone realizes that real success in ministry is measured by faithfulness.

I’m all about helping churches build healthy worship cultures through intentional development, leadership that submits to the Holy Spirit, and practical systems that relieve the burden of ministry, enabling leaders to come under the easy yoke of Jesus. 

My background has a mix of pastoral ministry, worship leading, songwriting, and raising up volunteers in churches and ministries big and small. I’ve felt the weight of leading while carrying a million other things, and I care deeply about helping leaders find sustainable rhythms that support their whole lives—not just their ministries.

I got married in 2021 and live in Denver with my wife, our two kids, and our two dogs—who are actually one of the main reasons we got together. When I’m not leading worship or encouraging other leaders, you’ll probably find me humming or writing a tune, spending time with my family, posted up at a coffee shop, or laughing FAR too loud with friends (mostly at my own jokes).
