How Does Our Coaching Process Work?

We focus on two contexts:

  1. One-on-one Coaching with Leaders

  2. Rehearsal Coaching with Teams

One-on-one Coaching allows us to see what a leader is experiencing, what they believe, where they may be stuck or stagnant, and how we can support them personally in their leadership. Rehearsal Coaching allows us to see the team in action—working together, making music, and developing in key areas (musical, relational, spiritual, or technical).

Our process lasts at least one year. We alternate between monthly One-on-One Coaching and Rehearsal Coaching, plus meeting with the pastors, leading a Team Training, developing a focus plan, and a monthly video analysis of the services.

The cost is only $250 a month!
