Elmer is the former director for the International Institute of Bible Theology for Latinoamérica. In 2014, he founded Encuentros Church International and continues as its lead pastor. He is a songwriter and musician. He and his wife Floribeth have been married for 24 years and have two niños.

Matt and Kim Goss: Songwriting as a Spiritual Discipline

Matt Goss is a seasoned musician, songwriter, producer, and recording artist with over three decades of experience on stage and in the studio. Having studied at the acclaimed Berklee College of Music, Matt has performed everywhere from intimate listening rooms to large venues, earning a reputation for his warm vocals and honest storytelling.

His career includes extensive work as a recording artist and collaborator, contributing to numerous projects while developing and leading creative teams. Before expanding into broader musical and professional pursuits, Matt spent more than 25 years shaping large musical environments and mentoring musicians as Lead Worship Pastor at LCBC Church.

Today, alongside his musical endeavors, Matt plays a key role at Clair Global Integration, where he oversees House of Worship projects nationwide—helping churches across the U.S. design and build impactful worship and production environments.

He often performs with his wife, Kim Goss, an accomplished artist and songwriter whose creative partnership has become a defining part of Matt’s musical journey.

Philip Herndon: High production AND high praise

Philip Herndon is a worship leader, songwriter, and the founder of Worship House. He has served in the local church as a worship pastor for over 20 years and carries a deep passion to see the next generation of worship leaders raised up and equipped for healthy, lasting ministry.

As an artist and songwriter, Philip has written and released multiple albums and has collaborated with Integrity Music, Furnace Music, and Watershed Music Group, helping worship ministries and artists discover and release their own unique sound.

Through teaching, mentoring, and his work with Worship House, Philip is dedicated to strengthening the global worship movement by helping leaders grow in both spiritual depth and creative expression. His heart is to see worship leaders equipped, encouraged, and connected, ending the era of “orphan” worship teams trying to figure out ministry alone.

Mark Rineer: Why We Worship

My whole life has been filled with music, as I was born into a musical family. My earliest memories are of songs and sounds that have brought joy and comfort to my soul. When I was growing up, it always seemed that a bit of music would make everything seem right in my world when things would get tough. I started playing the guitar when I was 12 and have loved it ever since. For most of my life, I have been involved in music, whether in a band, on a worship team, or just writing songs alone in my kitchen. Along the way, I have also been involved in lay ministry, spanning all things from missions trips to youth leadership, prayer teams, and life group leadership. I spent a notable amount of time over the last 12 years in Brunswick, Maine, with Pathway Vineyard Church, where I had the privilege to lead worship in a wonderful community of faith.

I have been surrounded by many who have prayed for me since I was a small child. This has impacted my awareness and awakening to becoming a follower of Jesus as a teenager. While it has been a long journey with many twists and turns, I have come to believe that God’s goodness, grace, and mercy through the work of Jesus are beyond comparison to anything the world has to offer. I hope to help others come to believe this as well.

As I return to my roots in Lancaster, PA, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for the next chapter of this adventure. I am blessed to be married to my wonderful wife, Randa, and together we have three amazing children. We are thrilled to be back in PA and are eager to see what God has in store for us in this next season!
