In this breakout, we will talk about the importance of cultivating healthy communication and relationships in ministry. We will discuss what spiritual abuse is, how to experience healing and get back to leading well.
How to Pursue Excellence in a Volunteer Society
Because we have clear examples of God's Excellence, it's our goal to be excellent in glorifying him. At the same time, we recognize we are working with volunteers who are heroically giving their time to serve. How do we build a culture where we our encouraging our teams to aim higher without punishing them for their shortcomings? We will look at practical strategies to be more purposeful in growing our skills without leaving a trail of burnout.

Many worship leaders and teams have never been trained in reading music and only play by chord charts. As a Church, we're overlooking great resources that are under our noses; we just don't often know how to work them in. Here you’ll learn how to approach giving these instrumentalists what they need and how to make them a meaningful part of your worship team’s sound.
