First Year Coaching Program (New Worship Leader)

Goal: To develop a leader’s confidence and effectiveness during the foundational first year of being a worship leader on staff [$318.75 per month, $3825 over 12 months]

We will clarify and strengthen the leader’s sense of identity and help him/her establish clear values, develop teams, and recruit new team members. We will counsel the leader in knowing how and when to implement changes and how to lead people well. Providing an outside, objective perspective will help the leader navigate a new environment.

How does it work?

• Three months of weekly coaching: Each month, we’ll meet weekly for a Coaching Moment, and one of those weeks will be for a Rehearsal Coaching

• Nine months of monthly Coaching Moments

Goal: To develop a leader’s confidence and effectiveness during the foundational first year on staff [$175 per month]

We will provide an outside, objective perspective to help the leader navigate a new environment. We will clarify and strengthen the leader’s sense of identity and help him/her establish clear values, develop teams, and recruit new team members. We will counsel the leader in knowing how and when to implement changes and how to lead people well.
